Our company provides civil construction, and environmental engineering services for individuals, groups, institutions, governments, and businesses. Our operation encompasses construction activities in capital public infrastructures developments such as highways, roadways, alleyways, and paving. We are also involved in building construction, maintenance and/or Rehabilitation. BCC-G.C provides Environmental Impact Studies and Pollution Abatement and remediation services.

Our people are the primary and most important resource we have. They constitute the core of our daily operations. We consider them to be not only a significant part of our assets, but they are thought of as value creators, and are thus themselves valued. We not only deliver quality construction work and services, but we also continuously strive to improve on our performance using innovative, creative minds, and best-in-class practices as our standard benchmark.  We advocate and fully support Builder-Grade Rating (BGR) involving builder-grade, quality-grade, custom-grade, and ultra-custom-grade. We stand by our construction products and related workmanship. We also stand by our Ultra-Custom Grade rating with superior craftsmanship and the Custom Grade rating as the prescribed and recommended performance excellence corporate standard benchmark. Upon customer request, we will use a lower grade, if we feel results and or life will not be compromised.

In pursuant of the mission,  Black Crystal Construction company will ensure that all construction infrastructure works either public or private meet or exceed the required International and Uniform Building Codes and the minimum standards of quality represented by AASHTO, the designer or engineering plans, profiles, details, specifications, and contract documents.>

As a contractor we are resolved to meet and exceed our contractual construction obligations employing necessary safety, with aggressive construction standards and  assurance program for the conceptualization, ENGINEERING design, construction and constructability, completion, and inspection of the built project.

We encourage the development of safe quality "green" building and infrastructures without excessive costs or other burdens on the owner, ourselves as the contractor, builder, developer, and the occupant.

Our construction activities include but are not limited to construction of government and commercial buildings, warehouses, residential subdivisions, parks and recreations, warehouses, schools, offices, roads, bridges, culverts, water, sewer, and storm sewer improvements; rip-rap channelization; concrete structures; and recycled construction materials-crushing, other infrastructures etc.
